These terms apply when you buy digital programs, services or memberships on this site. Please read them before purchasing. The seller's name and address are at the bottom of this page.
The agreement is formed when your payment has gone through and you have received an order confirmation by email. If no confirmation arrives within an hour, get in touch, because something may have gone wrong.
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor on the Swedish site and in US dollars on the English one. The price you see is the price you pay.
No VAT is charged. The seller is not registered for VAT, as turnover is below the registration threshold. Should that change, these terms and the prices will be updated.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Programs are delivered digitally. Immediately after payment they become available under My purchases on your account, where you can download them.
You need an account to buy, because that is where delivery happens.
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling law.
For digital content delivered immediately there is an exception. Before paying you tick a box confirming that you want access at once and that your right of withdrawal therefore ends. If you tick it and delivery begins, the purchase can no longer be withdrawn.
If you would rather keep your right of withdrawal, do not tick the box. Get in touch and we will arrange the purchase another way.
Memberships and booked sessions are not covered by that exception. There the 14-day right applies as normal.
On top of your statutory rights we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital programs. If you are not happy, get in touch within 30 days and we will refund you. This guarantee is voluntary and does not limit your rights under law.
If the product is faulty you have the right to complain for up to three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Get in touch as soon as you notice the problem.
A membership renews automatically each period until you cancel. You cancel it yourself under My pages, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Booked sessions can be cancelled or moved according to the terms stated at booking. If you do not show up without cancelling, the session may count as used.
The content is general training guidance, not medical advice. If you have an injury or illness, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the training suits you, talk to a doctor first. You train at your own risk.
The material is for your personal use. You may not share, resell or republish it.
Always contact us first; most things are resolved that way. If we still disagree you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.

Swedish law applies to the purchase.
