This explains what data we collect about you, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is the seller, whose name and address are at the bottom of this page.
Account: your email address, your name and possibly a phone number.
Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the time and a reference from Stripe. We never see your card number.
Mailings: your email address, if you signed up for the free guide or the newsletter.
Bookings: time, service and any notes you leave.
To fulfil the purchase and give you access to what you paid for. Legal basis: contract.
To keep accounting records of the sale. Legal basis: legal obligation.
To send mailings you signed up for. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in the email.
Stripe, for payments. Supabase, for accounts and the database. Resend, for email. Vercel, for running the site.
Some of them process data outside the EU and EEA, including in the United States. Transfers are made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Purchase records are kept for seven years, as Swedish accounting law requires.
Account data is kept for as long as you have an account. If you delete the account it is removed, except what must be retained for accounting.
The mailing list is kept until you unsubscribe.
The site uses only necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in and one that remembers your language. We use no analytics and no third-party tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Contact the address at the bottom of this page and we will help you.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy.se.
